At Oebify, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services and maintaining client satisfaction. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
A customer may request a refund under the following circumstances:
Before Delivery
If a customer places an order and decides to cancel, a refund request may be submitted within 3 working days of placing the order, provided that work has not significantly started.
After Delivery
If a customer is not satisfied with the completed website or digital service, a refund request may be submitted within 2 working days of receiving the final deliverables.
Late Delivery by Oebify
If Oebify fails to deliver the agreed service within the confirmed timeframe, the customer may submit a refund request within 3 working days after the missed deadline.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- If the order includes third-party services such as domain registration, hosting, themes, plugins, software licenses, or other external purchases.
- If the customer violates Oebify’s Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.
- If the delivered service has been used, modified, published, or deployed.
- If an affiliate commission has been issued for the order (any approved commission will become void if the order is refunded).
- If the project has been completed and formally approved by the client.
3. Taxes, Service Charges, and Additional Fees
Please note that the following amounts are non-refundable:
- Applicable taxes
- Payment processing fees
- Transaction charges
- Gateway fees
- Bank charges
- Any other service-related administrative fees
- Setup fees or customization charges
- Express delivery or priority service fees
Refunds, if approved, will only apply to the actual service/product amount paid, excluding all non-refundable charges listed above.
4. Third-Party Domain & Hosting Purchases
For domains, hosting, or other digital resources purchased through third-party providers:
- Such services are non-refundable once activated or purchased.
- Customers will receive appropriate management access (such as DNS control for domains or storage management access for hosting), as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Refund requests cannot be approved after activation of third-party services.
