Welcome to the Oebify Affiliate Program! This policy outlines the terms and conditions for participating in our affiliate program. By joining as an affiliate, you agree to abide by these rules.

Eligibility & Registration

  • To become an Oebify affiliate, you must register and get approved by our team.
  • Both affiliate should get a unique referral code once approved by our team.
  • Both system affiliates (via the checkout process) and manual affiliates (via direct orders) must follow these policies.
  • Oebify reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its discretion.

How the Affiliate Program Works

A. System (Order-Based) Affiliate

  • Each approved affiliate receives a unique referral code.
  • Customers can apply this referral code at checkout when purchasing Oebify services.
  • The system automatically detects the code and assigns the commission to the respective affiliate.
  • The affiliate earns a commission only after the customer completes full payment.
  • The commission remains in a Pending state as default until approved by Oebify’s admin.

B. Manual (Direct Order) Affiliate

  • Customers who place orders outside the checkout process (e.g., via chat or direct deals) can still use the affiliate’s referral code.
  • The affiliate’s commission is manually verified and then added to their panel.
  • Verification takes 1-3 business days after the customer’s payment is confirmed.

Commission Statuses

Every commission goes through different stages:

  1. Pending – Assigned to the affiliate after a successful order and payment.
  2. Approved – Verified and ready for withdrawal after admin approval.
  3. Completed – Successfully paid to the affiliate.
  4. Cancelled – Rejected or removed due to refund requests, fraud, or policy violations.

Reasons for Commission Cancellation

A commission may be denied or cancelled if:

  • The customer does not complete their payment.
  • A technical glitch causes an invalid commission.
  • The affiliate violates Oebify’s policies or engages in fraudulent activity.
  • The customer requests a refund for their order.
  • The affiliate is removed from the program due to misconduct.

Withdrawal & Payment Methods

Affiliates can withdraw commissions through the following methods:

  1. PayPal – Minimum withdrawal: $100
  2. bKash/Nagad – Minimum withdrawal: $20
  3. Bank Transfer – Minimum withdrawal: $500
  • Payments are processed within 7-14 business days after reaching the minimum threshold.
  • Oebify reserves the right to withhold or delay payments if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Refund Impact on Commissions

  • If a customer requests a refund after the affiliate has received their commission, Oebify has the right to deduct or void that commission.
  • Affiliates are encouraged to promote quality sales to minimize refund-related issues. Read the refund policy for more information.

Policy Changes & Updates

  • Oebify may update or change this policy at any time.
  • It is the affiliate’s responsibility to stay updated with any modifications.
